Wasaguacannaise 2015

This is an oldie but a goodie…made some for the fish tacos the other night. Had forgotten how much I like this stuff. Tweeked some of the amounts compared to last version, but not by much. I don’t add tomatoes, but some might like some drained petite diced tomato stirred in. I like it on tacos, on tortilla chips, pita chips, turkey sandwiches … a spoon.

1 ripe avacado

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 – 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning OR chili powder OR Tajin (we like old bay for this) according to your taste

1 tsp lemon juice

1-2 tsp prepared wasabi paste according to taste

pinch salt

Put everything into a blender or food processor. Blend the daylights out of it until smooth. Enjoy
