Menu Ideas week of 19 Jan 2015

Monday – spaghetti with marinara sauce, green salad (with garbanzo beans for protein)

Tuesday – Pumpkin Puke soup * with home baked cinnamon rolls

Wednesday – Tai-ish noodles (recipe will be posted this week)

Thursday – Ranch Enchilasagne

Friday – grilled chicken with pasta primavera.

Don’t worry “pumpkin puke” is just the youngling’s nickname for Southwest Squash Soup.
