My basic menu making technique is to browse the sale flyer for our favorite local grocery store. In a way it’s like that Foodnetwork show, “Chopped”. Instead of making a meal of odd ingrediants in a basket, it is like making meals out of the stuff on sale, or that has good coupons. This week, lasagna noodles, are on sale and I have a coupon for veggies, soooo….
Monday – veggie-ish lasagne
Tuesday – crock post chicken masala pasta
Wednesday – Tofu Tacos (meatless)
Thursday – boca burgers with side of parsnip chips (also meatless)
Friday – crab cakes and haluski
