Menu Ideas Week of August 25

Had a very early start today…so my culinary energies are focused on staying focused, slurping down coffee, and trying to ignore the sleep deprivation induced ice cream cravings…

Monday – fried chicken and corn on the cob (technically, it IS still summer)

Tuesday – Tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches (kid chow emphasis for first full week of school)

Wednesday – Turkeyburgers and carrot sticks

Thursday – Ranch Enchi-lasagne

Friday – Tajin sprinkled Baked Cod (lemon dill for the padawan) with onion rings
