Just made a plate of very ugly but rather tasty oevos rancheros sort of substance out of leftover onion quiche, leftover “pink” salsa, an egg, a little butter and a sprinkle of shredded colby jack cheese. Don’t try this at home folks!

Am in total geek infatuation with Adam Savage’s “Still Untitled” podcast and tested.com in general, but that was solidified like a dried cornflake at the bottom of your breakfast bowl when the guys talked cooking .
Have to agree with them…Gordon Ramsay’s slow eggs are a life-changing experience.
