Am going to do a little work for my husband’s new website…www.teamsnow.co and on my own (www.RondaSnow.com) over the next couple of days, and a little over the Labor Day weekend. Will be tweeting and doing tarot work. If I touch the “Vampire Diet” topic at all, it will probably be to work on the book, so the next post here will be the middle of next week. If you are in the U.S. have a safe and happy Labor Day weekend!
A word about TeamSnow… announcing a new website for martial artists! My husband, Jon Snow, was 2004 Wushu Union Internal Division National Champion. He is returning to teaching in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh, PA. I’m hoping to work together with him to make the website a place of information and inspiration for all Neijachuan (Internal Style) Chinese Martial Artists. This includes styles like Taijiquan (Tai Chi), Baguazhang, plus some Wushu (Kung Fu) and so on…
These styles are well known…some proven with western scientific studies…to improve health and reduce stress. – so it isn’t as unrelated to the “Vampire Diet” as you might think. And not just from my own personal experience with it. Getting that black belt and teaching rank back in 19 mumble mumble was a lot of work, but one of the most well worth it things I’ve ever done. So if you are interested in the ideas you’ve seen so far in the “Vampire Diet” blog, you might want to check out Neijaquan or Wushu out as a complimentary exercise. There are reasons why the combat training scenes with Jasper was my favorite from “Eclipse”.My husband and I met in Kung Fu class, and he’s blond, from Texas (like Jasper) and I do my “Alice” thing with tarot…just sayin’.
Happy Weekend everyone!
