Fun with Greek Yogurt.

Was looking for more fun with greek yogurt and came across this recipe. I haven’t tried it yet, but plan to give it a whirl when it gets cool enough to want to bake again.

    • I was wondering about that. Is gluten what gives you your wheatbelly? Off the top of my head, oats are gluten-free as long as there is not cross contaminated with wheat during processing. Speaking of gluten free…I have a recipe for a lower fat cheesecake bar kind of thing that uses rice flour and ricotta. It is a little lemon-y, nice for summer, but the texture is a little grainy. If you are interested, let me know and I’ll post it or send it to you. I have some family visiting this weekend who are allergic to EVERYTHING so I may give it a while soon, if we don’t eat out. (local Chinese place…geniuses w/ veggies, rice)

  1. Yes! I have my version of these on my blog! They are DELICIOUS. They are the best when made with diced peaches, though.
